NobleAdvances® offers multiple training solutions to our employees and customers, including immersive simulation environments and accredited IADC WellSharp® well control1 trainings, using real world data from the Noble fleet.

After seeing how NobleAdvances enhanced collaboration skills, operational efficiencies, and safety performance for our employees, we opened our state-of-the-art training facility to our customers for our Enhanced Well Control, DWOS, and IADC WellSharp well control courses.
Training Excellence
Since 2013, NobleAdvances has trained over 8,000 professionals, including our own personnel and external partners, in offshore drilling and marine operations, strengthening capabilities and driving operational excellence. Individual skill building courses and integrated learning programs are available, with an emphasis on safety, realistic experiences, and career advancement. Just a few of our essential NobleAdvances programs include:
Drilling Crew Resource Management (DCRM), an in-person course for assistant drillers, drillers, and tour pushers. DCRM uses hands-on, immersive team-based training to strengthen drilling team performance and develop critical skills.
Dynamic Positioning Operations Procedures and Strategies (DPOPS), an intensive in-person course designed to sharpen the skills of senior dynamic positioning operators through realistic scenarios based on real industry events.
DWOS (Drilling Well On Simulator℠) gives operators and contractors practical experience working together with simulated rig functions. The course promotes proactive and effective communication protocol and assesses team response to incidents.
IADC WellSharp Introductory, Drillers, and Supervisors Level, delivered to our team members offshore as well as our shore-based personnel who want to better understand Well Control and its risks.
